• Transmit malicious scripts, viruses, or corrupted archives intended to degrade server infrastructure.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or excessive concurrent requests that exceed our stated rate limits (20 requests per minute).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass access controls, or gain unauthorized access to administrative systems.

2. "As-Is" Service Warranty

The Service and all tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties of any kind. ToolNest does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free conversions, or that financial calculators substitute for certified professional financial or tax counsel.

3. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall ToolNest or its contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools or calculators.
